The service Hayley provided for us was second to none. Due to its position the property took longer than expected to complete a successful sale. All the time Hayley kept us fully informed what was happening and providing  invaluable advice when it was most needed. She never gave up hope of securing a sale for my late mothers property.

Everyone I spoke to over the sale process were very pleasant and helpful.  I dealt primarily with Georgina Clarke.  She was a delight.  She updated me on a regular basis and worked hard to find answers to all my questions.  She dealt with both the tenant and the vendor to co-ordinate repair work that needed to be done before purchase, making the buying process very smooth.  I would definitely recommend Georgina and fastsales.

There was always someone at the end of the phone when I called.  No answering machines.  If Georgina was on another call, she would get straight back to me.  I am a property investor and have bought several properties in the Middlesbrough area over the past 12 months.  I found fastsales to be much more organised than other agents I have dealt with and much more willing to work towards a smooth sale.  Nothing was too hard.

When there was a major problem at the last second with the solicitors, she managed to organise somewher for our tenants, who were moving in to the house, to store their furniture as they didnt have the money for a storage company.Kirsty and Paul at Edward, Hands and Lewis were the solicitor recommended by Fast Sale and they were absolutely brilliant and I will be using them for all of my future purchasers.

I was very impressed with the service we received from Fastsale. From start to finish we had excellent communication between each other. They kept us informed and uptodate all the time with various emails and phonecalls. We had a couple of unforeseen problems along the way from the local council which did slightly delay the sale however Georgina dealt with these matter quickly to get us back on track. I found Georgie, Hayley and Sara very friendly and professional. Incidentally our buyers also commented on how fantastic Georgie was at keeping them informed too along each step of the sale, even if nothing to report, courtesy calls were still made. Fastsale also put us in touch with EHL solicitors who also were really efficient. Particularly Sarah was extremely helpful and fantastic at keeping us uptodate. Overall, I would highly recommend Fastsale and cannot thank them enough for their hard work!

I had been to a local estate agents whom informed me that it would be difficult to sell our property as on average in our location it would take 2years on the market before it would sell. I found this very hard to believe. At first I was dubious about going to Fastsale as they were not local, however this was the best thing I did. We had many viewings and after only 3weeks on the market we had an offer. Fantastic! I shopped around and am so pleased I chose Fastsale. highly recommended!

Right from the start ,GEORGINA then SARA were so helpful,i lost count the amount of phone calls made by them to help with the sale and they both were very professional,at one stage i didnt think i would sell my property,but the reassureance the Fast Sale Team gave me made it happen,i found this company on the internet and so glad i chose Fast Sale and cannot thank GEORGINA and SARA enough.There boss must be so proud of these two and have done there company proud.The sale took slightly longer than we thought but than was down to Devon and Cornwall Housing and the 157 restriction

Sara Lane handled the sale of my flat in Droitwich. I cannot recommend her enough. She kept me up to date immediately with any details regarding the sale. She worked extremely hard when there were a few hiccups along the way from the buyer. I had two offers within 3 weeks of instruction to sell. I would highly recommend fast sale to any potential seller.

I have sold a house once before and used a high street agent. Fast sale were far more professional and far more involved with me as the seller. The buyer of my property agreed that fast sale had been top notch.

Fast Sale Estate Agents were very professional from the beginning, once we had discussed the property and they had done their searches we agreed a sale price. Within a couple of days we had interest from potential buyers and within I believe 10 days had agreed a sale. From then right through to the completion I found Fast Sale and especially Haley very professional, was always at the end of the phone or replied to my e-mails straight away. When things were not right Haley was right there fighting my corner.

I have used three high street estate agents over the past twenty years and I can honestly say that Fast Sale have out done them in every aspect. I would certainly recommend them and would used them again myself.

Communication was very good and I was kept up to date with progress of the sale.  From finding a buyer the completion took longer than I was expecting, but we got there in the end.  Was only disappointed on a couple of things:

1 - One time the key holder service failed to lock the property up correctly, leaving the back door unlocked.

2 - The key holder service were unable to arrive at the sold property until late on the day of completion, which resulted in me having to delay my journey down south whilst I dropped spare keys into the solicitors office.

5. How did the service you received compare to any previous experiences in buying or selling property?

Better than the experience I had with previous agent, I was kept informed of how things were progressing (even though at times there was little to report). Obtained a buyer reasonably quickly, compared to previous agent, although the property was at quite a reduced price than previously. Was made to feel that Fast Estates were on top of the selling process and in fact were very pro-active in keeping the process moving.

Improve on the key holder service.

I have to say, Fast Sale Estate Agents have probably been one of the most helpful and efficient companies I have ever dealt with. In particular Georgina Clarke! What an absolute asset to the company! I have been part of a relatively simple chain, moving from a property that was being sold to a couple who currently rent (so no downward chain). However all the other companies I have had to deal with have made this more complicated, time consuming and stressful than it needed to be!  What a black and white contrast to the way Georgina and the fast sale team have handled it. I have nothing but praise for the Fast Sale Team! When it comes to recommending an estate agent to handle my friends and family house purchases and sales, I shall only be advising them of fast sale and in particular Georgina to handle it. I hope I am settled in my new property, it certainly seems that way so far, but If I do decide to move on to pastures new, I know that it will here that I seek out first! Congratulations team on a job well done! Brilliant work which has left a customer extremely happy! :o)

Hayley was brilliant. There was a few hitches (nothing to do with fast sales), and whilst both myself and the buyer were getting stressed, Hayley kept us going and calmed us down.

Hayley Griffiths was my contact for the purchase of the above property, she was very efficient,very helpful and very friendly. It was good to have the same person dealing with the purchase.Timescale was a little slower than expected, for various reasons,but Hayley was on the ball and did her best to speed things up.

I was kept much more informed by Hayley than I have been with other agents I have been involved with. I felt included and involved and I was very impressed by that. Hayley was definitely proactive in the proceedings and not just there for offer acceptance and key drop off!

I am thrilled with the support I have received throughout the sale of my property from accepting the offer through to completion plus a follow up call to ensure all went well. Hayley was a  wonderful help keeping my buyer and myself informed of proceedings, calmly explaining to the buyer how hard I was working to closely meet their impossible timescale, particularly when I encountered a personal problem along the way, ( from offer 31.12.14 to completion 23.2.15),  I think any High Street Sales Agent would be hard pushed to match the service I had the pleasure of experiencing without having to chase progress. Hayley also offered some useful tips with regard to looking at rental properties, a whole new chapter for me because I totally relocated. Thank you Hayley for your support.

I had previously been on the market for sale with a local High Street agent for over 2years, I received more response from Fast sales within  a month than two and a half years with the local agent, also I got regular feedback, sadly lacking from the former agent, that may have been because I paid a fee up front thinking my custom would be valued. how wrong was I ??!!! I will happily rate you at 110percent, thank you all.

The sale of the property was handled efficiently with result that we received a firm offer within 10 days. It was always easy to make contact with the office and helpful that fastsale had contact with the buyer. Although we dealt mainly with Hayley her absence on days off didn't creat any hold up as her colleagues were equally helpful.

5. How did the service you received compare to any previous experiences in buying or selling property?

The nature of fast sales in general is very different to working with a high street agency, this was our first experience of selling this way and it worked well for us.

6. Is there anything extra we could have done to improve on the service you received?

Although we were well served by Fast Sale the process was less satisfactory once we were in the hands of the legals. The solicitor appointed to us by Fast Sale was a trainee and although she always did her best to handle some of the more annoying issues which arose, her lack of experience did show at times; we asked questions which she was unable to answer which we now realise required more experience. The buyer's solicitor, appointed by the mortgage company was generally unavailable to anyone and this turned what should have been a fairly uncomplicated transaction into a nightmare, we felt our own solicitor could have been more forceful. Add to this changes which have taken place in conveyancing in general and the result is a longer and more frustrating transaction than is good for anyones nerves. Geographical distance from the solicitors involved means there is a lack of local knowledge and that really shows, the original purchase of this property was easy by comparison because of familiarity with local peculiarities.

The sale was handled expertedly by people who really appreciated that I needed to sell my property quickly due to the fact I was relocating. They wasted no time in contacting potential buyers and I had a concrete offer on my property within 3 weeks, which we accepted. The level of service was fantastic and I would like to give special mention to Georgina Clarke, who's sheer hard work, dedication and expertise saved the chain of sale from collapse when I hit problems with the purchase of my next property. I would definitely recommend Fast Sale to everyone.

12 weeks it took to sell my house (and complete), I was wanting a quick sale and Fast Sales did not disappoint, they are true to their name! I would recommend them to anyone; Hayley and Georgina were absolute stars! They were so very helpful, friendly and supportive! Almost like estate agent counsellors .. they took an interest in you and your situation and did anything to help you - available almost night and day to ask questions (they were very knowledgeable).

I did start with a well know estate agents, but they did not care about your situation, but Fast Sales did, and through the individual attention to their customers, they made the whole experience a less stressful one - I couldn't done without Georgina her support was invaluable

The sale was handled very friendly and professionally. Although the sale wasn't straight forward, each member of the team helped and advised me how to move forward. The timescale wasn't perfect but this wasn't anything to do with team at Fast Sale, this was to do with my side of the sale. They contacted me when they said they were going to, even just to say they hadn't forgotten but they don't have a answer. My first contact was with Georgina who put the house on the market, arranged the appointments that was required. When an offer was received my contact was then Sara who was brilliant, I cannot fault Sara in any way. Again a few issues with the buyer but they was quickly sorted and the sale went through. I cannot recommend the team enough.

I can't praise the Fast Sale team highly enough. They were amazing all the way through my purchase. The communication at every stage was fantastic and it was brilliant knowing that there was someone to hand all the way through the process to reassure and offer advice when needed. Hayley was my contact at Fast Sale and she was always friendly, approachable and contactable via phone and email; knowing that just made the whole house purchase a lot less stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fast Sale to anyone selling/buying a property.

Much better! The communication was brilliant. Hayley kept me informed during every stage of the process, contacting the vendor and solicitors when any delays or issues cropped up. When I bought my previous house, with a different estate agent, the process was very stressful and I felt like I was dealing with things on my own a lot of the time. This wasn't the case at all with this purchase.

Sarah, Haley and Georgina are, in my book, the best sales people I have ever known.  I appointed Fast Sales to sell my house and as a team I cannot give them enough praise.  They got people through the door!!!  Well done girls!! They have kept in constant contact with me and given me feedback from potential buyers.  I have not had to do any work at all, not even to show buyers around the property which was a bonus.  If I ever had another property to sell I would most definitely get in touch with Fast Sales.

I have appointed three other estate agents over the last eight years and they do not come anywhere near the standard of service that I have received from Fast Sales.  There never communicated and I think the most they ever did was manage to get 2 people over the doorstep.

I was very impressed with the way the sale of our property went with Fast Sale Estate Agents. I think we put the property up for sale at the beginning of December and we had completed the sale and moved by the 23rd December. Hayley was an absolute star we would not have coped with out her help, understanding, and patience. She explained every thing we needed to know about the process as we have not sold a home before. Hayley kept us fully updated with all that was going on while it was going on. Which was a big help. Thank you again Hayley for your time and patience.

I cannot recommend Fast Sale Estate Agents enough. Hayley, Sara and Georgina have worked tirelessly in order to sell my VERY DIFFICULT property.  They have been with me every step of the way - always on the end of the phone if I needed anything and I feel they have gone above and beyond what would ordinarily be expected from a high street agent.  The level of service is second to none - I honestly feel I have now lost 3 friends and will miss their contact very much (I don't imagine many Estate Agents have that kind of relationship with their clients).  There have been multiple problems throughout the sale (all relating to the property - absolutely nothing to do with the estate agents) but Fast Sale has dealt with every one of them professionally and their advice has been gratefully taken every time.  The sale has taken longer than originally anticipated but, again, this is no fault on Fast Sales part - wholly the property itself.  I cannot pick one person out as being better than another - all 3 have been amazing and, again, I really am going to miss them.  I thank them from the bottom of my heart.  I will never consider using any other estate agent in the future.

Historically I have sold 2 houses before this one and Fast Sale Estate Agents are by far the most professional, trustworthy and reliable organisation I have used.  They have provided sound advice throughout and I would trust them with my life.  Previous agents have been 'to the point' and quite blunt in their approach.  Previous agents have been local to my area so I was a little dubious going with a 'national' company but they were recommended to me and I also read the testimonials left by customers and decided 'what the hell'.  I can honestly say I am so pleased I did.  Their approach is friendly and at no point was I made to feel inferior.

Absolutely nothing more could be done - how do you improve on perfection?  Thank you so much for everything - you are an amazing company and it has been a pleasure to deal with you.  I truly am going to miss you all.

I needed to complete the sale of an investment property within 6 weeks in preparation for emigration to Australia and that's exactly what was delivered by the team at Fast Sale. They arranged a viewing date with about 7 potential buyers within a week of initial contact with the company! The viewings resulted in an excellent firm offer which led to completion at approx' 6 weeks I have to mention my lead agent Hayley Griffiths who oversaw the whole process from start to finish. She kept me updated on the progress of the sale from start to finish. She is the epitome of efficiency and a credit to her company.Thanks Hayley.

I have to say I am impressed with how Fast Sale Estate Agent dealt with the purchase as a whole. They were organised and efficient in keeping things moving on with the purchase and the whole process took roughly two and a half months, if it wasn't for the delay on my solicitors part the deal could have been completed sooner.

This is the first property I have bought and I am glad that it was done through a company like Fast Sale Estate Agent. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite and it was nice for me to have someone explain the step by step process to completing a purchase. I would like to add that it was handled almost entirely by the same agent (Hayley Griffiths) and she made the purchase an enjoyable experience. Hayley was very proactive when it came to the purchase of this property and would always reply to any calls/emails rapidly.

Although this is the first property I have bought, I came into contact whether by telephone or face to face with a number of estate agents while searching and I don't think any of them reached the customer service level of Fast Sale Estate Agent.

All FastSale agents were very helpful throughout the sale of the property.Always updating me on a daily basis The feedback from people viewing the property was passed onto to me the same day. They suggested areas which they felt would help to sell the property.The volume of traffic they got come to view the property was breath taking considering the Estate agents i had prior to FastSale only managed 3 viewings in 8 months. The speed of Sale was impressive which took just over a month to sell from putting the property on the Market. And finally all the girls in the office were always so upbeat,very positive attitudes and couldn'y do enough to help me. I will actually miss all of them. Great great service

Fast Sale Estate Agent is very good estate agent, very good service and very helpful, especially Georgina Clarke. She followed the procedure from start to end and was extremely helpful! I'm really happy about how she worked. She was friendly and gave me really good advice.

I have used quite a few estate agents but they definitely didn't work as well as Fast Sale Estate. I'm very happy for the job they've done.

From the first contact the staff were super, I felt as if they really cared. Georgina in particular was outstanding as were Hayley and Sara. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the staff. The best thing I ever did was change agents,. Super superb service!

We were very happy with the sale of our property with Fast Sale Estate Agency and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property quickly. We needed to make the sale of our home relatively quickly and are currently living abroad, so it was a tricky time for us. The first time I spoke to Georgina over the telephone, I had a list full of questions, each which she answered and had a lot of confidence that we were a right match for her agency. It took a good week of going back and forth as to what was best for us, and in the end we decided that we would put our property on the market with Fast Sale Estate Agent. Could not be happier with that decision, as our property was viewed within 2 weeks of being put on the market and the sale completed 3 weeks later, making it 6 weeks in total from the first day I called and spoke to Georgina to the sale being completed! Even though we did sell the house for slightly under what we originally wanted to, it was in close range to our original asking price. Other then Georgina, Haley and Sara were also brilliant in handling all our questions and emails throughout.

5. How did the service you received compare to any previous experiences in buying or selling property?

Fantastic and so much better. We were with an Estate Agent for nearly three years prior with very little communication and not many viewings. The communication with Georgina, Haley and Sara was great. They would always answer emails back promptly or return any phone calls the same day. They worked brilliantly as a team and helped in ensuring the sale of our property went smooth and quickly. They did exactly as they said they would and did exactly as their company states Fast Sale Estate Agent.

Would not have changed anything about our experience.

The whole sales process from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. Hayley Griffiths is an absolute joy to deal with - very caring (for both vendor and buyer), very straight talking and very efficient across the board. I would say that she is a HUGE assets to Fast Sale. Issues with getting the vendor to move quickly (and then sorting subsequent details with solicitors) was done quickly and easily.

This is the 5th house that I have bought in a short period of time and I have to say that Fast Sale was one of the best estate agents that I have dealt with. I thought that a lack of face-to-face relationship would add time and issues to the sales process, but I could not have been more wrong.

Yes, all the sale went smoothly, although I was a little perturbed when I got an out of office email response the night before I was due to collect the keys. It was a great relief to get an email at 9pm, which put my mind at rest

The sale of the property was handled in a very professional manner and we were kept up to date with each development throughout the sale We could not believe that we had a photographer valuation viewing and offer all within a week. I dealt with Georgina Clarke and the best way to describe what she has achieved for our family is FANTASTIC we will be forever in her debt. She made me a promise the first time I spoke to her and she surpassed all our expectations

I had dealt with a few different companies and they promised the world but they were empty promises  It is very easy to see where the term cowboys come from.I am delighted that I  listened to Georgina and we are now mortgage free and enjoying our new home.

I found FastSale Estate Agents very professional from the word go. I didn't feel any pressure to  sign to them when i made my initial enquiry but as soon as i did i received outstanding service. Sara initially dealt with my enquiry and was extremely helpful and positive that Fast Sale would sell my property. Id previously had it on the market with a local estate agent for 2 years and had had only a handful of viewings and no offers. Fast sale arranged viewings straight away for me and i had an offer made which i was very happy with in 12 days! Georgina took over from here and was very proffesional and kept me informed every step of the way with the progress of the sale. I must say id advise anyone to think twice about using a local estate agent as Georgina and Sara definately work for their money and are proffesional, helpful and pro active. I would like to thank them both and the rest of the team for their patience, proffesionalism and helpfulness

In the past, I've only ever dealt with High Street agencies, which often left me feeling frustrated and angry - I was constantly having to chase them up for information and updates! (They never returned calls, and often made me feel like I was just a number!) It was a totally different experience with Fast Sale Estate Agents, who were always polite, reliable and above all, caring - by far, the smoothest purchase process I have ever experienced

The whole process from start to finish was handled very professionally. Fast Sale Estate Agents focussed presenting my property in the best way possible, this was demonstrated with them enlisting the services of a professional photographer to retake the pictures of my property, this really made a big difference. Hayley and the other girls have worked very well to keep me informed with regular calls. They have also always been at hand to answer any questions I have and have given me frank and honest advice about the property to make sure we got the sale. All this has resulted in the property been sold in a matter of weeks.

I have had the property listed with both W H Browns and Pygott and Crone, I found that they were more concerned with having the sign on the main road, rather than actually selling my property. They did not communicate with me very well, messages would not be responded to and things like the "free EPC" were not carried out. After 2 years I decided to sell through Fast Sales and it the sale was completed within 3 months, as advertised.

Until 12 june when it sold the level off service we recived was out standing .
The after sale help was just as out standing. The young ladies that helped me with the sale off my property.
Were Georgina and Hayley nothing was ever to much trouble they were helpful In every way very pleasant.
For any other seller who is considering going with FAST SALE ESTATE AGENTS my advice is dont consider
Just go with them you will not be disappointed in any shape or form. My only regret is not going with them sooner.

The astate agent we were with be for fast sale were totaly different in every way fast sale knocks the socks off them.

Georgine Clarke from Fast Sale wan an absolute star in managing our house sale. We lived 50 miles away from the property and required a quick sale, Georgie was understanding throughout the whole process and took time to understand our situation and the specific requirements we had. We felt like we were treated like people and not just a number, which made the house selling process so much easier to deal with.  It was great having one point of contact throughout the whole 9 months who was so lovely and working so hard to get us a sale. The level of service was fabulous and even though the house sale took 9 months, this was due to events outside anyone's control and I would say Fast Sale did everything they could to push the sale through as quickly as they could.

I found Georgie at Fast Sale very helpful in the negotiations of the purchase (which she handled on a Sunday for me) and kept a very close eye on the solicitors whilst they progressed the sale. Her input meant that we were able to complete our purchase in 7 weeks

I have bought many properties over the last few years and found that local estate agents are not willing to work out of office hours and also dont keep in contact once we have agreed to buy something. Georgie really worked hard, always knew what was happening with the solicitors and ensured that we were able to buy the house quickly which is what we and the owners wanted

I felt as though I mattered to the company, I wasn't just another statistic. Both Hayley and Georgina kept me fully informed during the sale process, and gave me an effective liaison with my buyer.

I definitely felt as though I had a better rapport with this company than I have experienced with certain other Estate Agents. It was as if I were dealing with a small company that cared, rather than with a large company where you end up talking to a different person each time you call.

I was disappointed that we didn't sell at the full asking price proposed by the company, having already lowered our sights by 15% when we moved from our previous Agents. The company had been very confident that they would be able to find a buyer able to pay the full price, but this did not happen at the end of the day.

They were always available when I rang with questions or for help and they kept me informed at all stages of the purchase. I never had to chase them for anything as they were on the ball and I felt I received very personal service.
The distance was not an issue the purchase and the move all went very smoothly thanks to them.

5. Is there anything extra we could have done to improve on the service you received?

My only problem with the whole process was that the flat was left in a very poor condition which was very disheartening on the day and made the move quite difficult and distressing. I am not sure if there is anything you can do about that, I think it is part of the contract that the vendor leaves the property in a clean condition. Perhaps this should be stressed by you to the vendors.

From our initial enquiry about the property, Georgina was a super star. Extremely polite, friendly and very efficient and full of information. The property had not yet had photographs taken but Georgina emailed these to us as soon as she received them back. From the point of our first offer to the offer that was accepted by the seller, Georgina and Hayley were in constant contact with us. This was especially important to us as first time buyers and really helped us to understand the whole process. From our offer being accepted, Hayley was very open and honest with us, ensuring we were aware of what was happening behind the scenes throughout the buying process. This was greatly appreciated and it meant we were informed every step of the way. No question was too big or too small and both Georgina and Hayley were always available at the end of the phone and very quick to respond to emails too.
