Chris Hodgkinson
Chris has been in Estate Agency since leaving college in 1990, now having 21 years experience in property. Chris oversees the running of FastSaleEstateAgent but also has a very “hands on” role advising potential vendors on how to achieve a quick sale. Chris has a wealth of experience and will give you no nonsense advice on the best way to move forward with the sale of your property. On a personal note Chris is 40 years old and lives in Leicestershire with his wife and children. Chris has a real passion for property and there are very few people better informed than him! Claire Harris
Claire joined the company in 2010 with no estate agency experience but having held a number of managerial positions. Claire has been instrumental in the growth of the business and her role as Office Manager is essential to the smooth running of the company, working closely with the sales team and liaising closely with solicitors. Claire’s attention to detail is a huge asset to our Estate Agency. Outside of the office she enjoys walking her dogs and spending time with her husband, children and researching her ancestral family tree.
Mike Spencer
Mike has a wealth of experience in residential estate agency, amounting to nearly 25 years, and has worked with both corporate and independent agents previously throughout the Midlands. He will offer ‘no nonsense’ yet refreshing advice if you are looking to sell your property in what is a most challenging housing market. Mike comments, 'FastSaleEstateAgent's approach is so different, they do not have to act like the typical High Street agent who seem to have one eye on securing the sellers business and the other on selling the property, this can lead to inflated expectations and a disappointed seller.
